1 Day Lake Manyara National Park
Lake Manyara National Park is located on the shore of Lake Manyara - a shallow salt water lake created by the Great Rift Valley. Although the park is small in size it is famous for a large population of birds and monkeys. There is usually also a large population of elephants and some famous tree climbing lions.

Overview
Day 1: Pick Up from your Arusha accommodation and transfer to Lake Manyara National Park - spend a few hours game driving in the park and exploring the scenery and wildlife. Enjoy a delicious hot picnic lunch in the park with a selection of beverages. Leave the park before sunset and transfer back to your Arusha accommodation or Lake Manyara Region accommodation. Stops at local village shops can also be arranged.
