Chasing Dreams Safaris is a company born in Tanzania to showcase the extraordinary landscape, wildlife, and culture.
Our passion for this country and to show it off in the best way possible is felt in every aspect of our tour. We understand that no two safaris will be the same, which is why our tours are customizable to ensure that all our client’s needs, desires and dreams are met. No matter your budget your safari experience will feel special and designed just for you. At Chasing Dreams Safaris, we understand that mastering the big stuff when it comes to planning a tour is not optional, that is why you can expect a team of highly trained Safari Guides, a well-appointed safari trucks with comfortable window seating and pop-up roof, as well as customer service that will help you every step of the way, so you can just sit back and relax, we have it all taken care of.

Our exceptional team of guides We understand that your guide can take your trip from good to an unforgettable life changing experience. All our guides are fluent in English, and highly trained in driving, wildlife spotting/tracking and hospitality. Our guides are not just there to drive you around and point out some animals, they are there to ensure you are having the trip you dreamed about. Our guides may surprise you by singing beautiful songs, teaching you so many interesting facts about the wildlife or landscape. Imagine after a few hours of game driving and seeing so many animals up close, your guides pull up under an acai tree in the middle of the Serengeti and wipes you and your family up some delicious coffee, lattes or even cocktails with snacks.

Our picnic lunches Not only do we want to make all our guests feel spoiled and special, but we care about the environment too. All our picnic lunches are served on full tableware.Using full table ware allows us to serve up the most spectacular and delicious hot and cold picnic lunches while reducing waste and environmental footprint. All our picnic meals are also served with a selection of wine and beverages to polish off the luxurious experience.

Meet the face behind the Company
Heaven Temba – Owner, Ground Director and Tour Guide
Heaven was born and raised in Tanzania and in the Safari Tourism industry. Heaven’s father has been a safari guide since 1996, when the initial tourism industry took off in the country.
When Heaven was a young boy, he really did not want to go to school, however he saw his father in action one day. The way his father spoke to his clients in English, explaining to them about the country’s history, culture, and wildlife. Heaven knew instantly he wanted to one day be just like his father so he said ‘Baba, I want to be a tour guide just like you!’ Heaven’s father replied ‘If you want to be a guide you must go to school and be a good student, you must learn so many things about our country, speak good English, be able to drive a truck very well and know about the animals.’ So, from then on Heaven attended school and was determined to follow in his father’s footsteps. After high school Heaven attended the Data Sky College in Arusha and became a Safari Guide in 2011. He has since been working as a guide, perfecting his skills. Heaven says the Serengeti has become his second home. Heaven is an excellent guide, with driving skills and a sixth sense for finding animals and spotting kills. He also has a side hobby of singing and making music, so make sure you ask him to sing you something, you won’t regret it.
